Much like Boat 1, this image intends to contrasts the energy of the boat with the emptiness of the beach. In this image however, the wider frame and focal length, along with the side on framing, put more emphasis on the emptiness of the surrounding space making the boat appear more strongly fixed in place, but also increasing the boat's apparent sense of longing for the tide to return. This stronger tension between the boat and land helps enhance the impact of the image and change it's suitable placement environments. Because viewers will often associate themselves with the boat, this image can inspire effort when placed in Private Office environments. That same association makes this image less suitable to Waiting Room environments, as it could create a sense of helplessness, but may still be a suitable inclusion for some Waiting Rooms if paired with other balancing stimulus.
